Great botique hotel in central location

Location, Room, staff
Very well placed in the middle of Old City. Rooms are very Thai decorum and comfortable. Bar next door can be a bit loud but all quiets down at midnight. Friendly staff. Bed could be a little softer and no toiletries provided. Overall great stay and will come back

Several nights stay.

The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was nice.
This is a very nice place to stay. We stayed in their best room they had. It had alot of room and a great view. The only problem was the walls were too thin. You could hear everything that went on outside. The cars the people and the bar next door. We also had a very frisky couple in the next unit that went at it every night at about 2am for what seemed like forever. I would say get one of the units in the rear of the place. It will make for a more enjoyable time.

Stay at old city

location, theme hotel
we got our first room on 2nd floor, however, the room is hot and stuffy with spoiled air-con. We feedback to the reception and they ask their maintenance guy to check our aircon but they say its working. After we came back later in the day, the aircon is still not working and the reception then changed a new room for us. The room has mosquito net, however, i'm still been bitten by mosquitoes at night. Also, dont be surprise to be waken up by the rooster at dawn. If the price of the hotel is cheaper, it will then be value for money

Great hotel, but...

The staff, the breakfast and the pool
This is a very good place to stay. I can not stress enough how pleasant our stay was. Our 5 yo loved the pool. The room was excellent (the spacious Villa room), the staff was very, very kind and helpful. The location close to the Singh temple among many other things in old town. Sunday Night Market just outside the door. Everything was fantastic, but... Unfortunately there is a "but". I do appreciate this "but" has nothing to do with the actual hotel, but will still effect your stay. There's a bar next door that has a very loud live band playing almost every night of the week (this in low season). The finished anywhere between 11pm to 2am in the morning. I feel very sorry for this hotel to have the unfortunate location next to this noisy bar. So, if you don't mind loud country, or Beatles covers playing until early morning, this is a great value for money.

pleasant stay with friendly staff

location, swimming pool and nice villa room
My family stayed in Buri Gallery for three days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great place to stay and have walking access to the old city, which isn't too far from the other attractions in the city. The breakfast could offer more option but that wasn't too much of a problem.

The location was great! We stayed in the Old City where there were a lot of temples, so it was easy go around the city to explore everything.

Worth a visit

The hotel was on the street which led to the Sunday Night Market, and I'm sure that you will be overwhelmed with clothes and food stalls there. All the staff are friendly and kind.
We love this place, especially the staff. They were all friendly and kind. Miss O was the person dealing with foreign guests. She could speak English, French and Chinese well, so it was convenient for us to communicate by English and French. Whenever we had questions, she and her assistant tried to help us out. She was in charge of travel agency and we booked a tour to Doi Inthanon National Park; unfortunately, some of my family members were sick the day before going to Doi Inthanon although we had booked and paid everything, we asked Miss O if we could cancelled the tour for those who were sick, and she talked with her boss and they accepted, and the tour price for the rest just increased a little bit. It's was so lovely. We miss Chiang Mai, miss them and their smile.

A room with silence and good location

Location, Service and silence
It is like coming to a place of silence even though you live in the old city of ChiangMai. It's like coming to an oasis in the heart of the city. You are close to everything you need, literally. The simple rooms are located in a private neighborhood with its own cozy alleyways, where citronella repellent for mosquitos standing in the corners and smoldering out their fragrance, which of these paths will lead you back to your cozy room. These rooms are of a simple variety, and they have their own little charm. I think these rooms are for those who do not dedicate so much time in your room more than to sleep. It is a bit "hakuna matata" atmosphere. If you want to stay a little more secluded from the others and in larger rooms so go upgrade. I would like to recommend to those of you who have children. They are great in their own ways. The beds are ok in terms of the softness of the bed. They have a good quality of its cleaning and it is done sometime during the day. The pool is small and can easily become full crowded when it is fully booked The breakfast was ok. It get you started for the day. The service is great, they help you with what you need help with. This is one of the best part of this hotell. The language they speak is English, very good and also French and Chinese aswell,. Conclusion: This is a hotel to suit most but get what they pay for. There are flaws, but nothing that can be managed without any major obstacles. It is worth the money due to location, service and the silence it can give even though it is the heart of ChiangMai. Free wifi. ;-) When I get back to ChangMai i will stay here. For me are service high priority! and that´s what you get here, thanks to the staff. I advise you to read more reviews and make your own opinion. Even if they are from the 2010 to match the good of my own experience.
