Amazing stay

The manager, the location and cleanliness
My sister and I both had an amazing stay here. The manager was the sweetest and made sure our stay was great. The location and rooms were great as well. It's an old house so there are small cracks outside etc but the manager made sure to spray for mosquitos and I managed not to get a single bite (insane since bugs love me). Could recommend more!

3 star Guest House

If you are not going to stay in the room all the times its is value for money.Going to night Bazar about 20 minute walking. To the Fruit market about 10 min walking.
Hotel cleaness is good, freindly staff and value for money if your only used your room for sleeping during night time as day time you're busy visting place around Chiangmai or Chiangrai.

Nice surrounding anf friendliness.

It is near the shopping street and nice restaurant. The surrounding is quite good (ancient city and lots of art shops). The staff is very kind and friendly.
The hotel is quite old, so some bahtroom's exhaust is not good. Please take good care of it.

Great place. Very rustic.

Good location - between the bus & train stations and the city centre. Lots of nightlife in the area plus galleries and restaurants.
We were there on a very brief stopover on the way to Mae Hong Son province but it did the trick. Friendly, comfortable and well located. The only drag is that the old wooden walls are quite thin and the road is very close.
