Can hear noise from next door
Very clean
The location is perfect since its very close to MTR and shops around Tsim Sha Tsui. The rooms are very clean and very modern. Everything is great except you can hear noise from next door.

loved the location!
best feature is the location. butterfly on prat offers great value at this price point.
simply lots of dining choices around the hotel. lots of watering holes. all kinds of eating places nearby. harbour city a short walk away. granville road a block away from the hotel. k11 art mall also a few steps away. the location is simply a winner. the rosary (catholic) church is also within walking distance. also good that wifi is not limited to hotel lobby (which would not have made sense as there is hardly any lobby space anyway). friendly, helpful staff. i'd stay here again on a leisure trip on the kowloon side of hk.

Comfortable rooms
many eateries and shops nearby, near to mtr, friendly staff with good english
Enjoyable 2 nights stay. Quiet hotel, many eateries and shops nearby. Friendly staff who speaks good English. Definitely reccommended! Only downside is that the lobby looks a little plain. Rooms are well maintained.

stylish, but sighlty outdated hotel in good locati
location, gym
Butterfly on Prat Boutique Hotel is a stylish, but sighlty outdated and overstated hotel in good location. don't get me wrong, it is a good choice, especially if you want to stay in central location in Tsim Sha Tsui and reach the skyline view / promenade with view on central quickly (5 minutes walk). but, similar to other 'Boutique' hotels, you get coloured doors, lots of glass, etc., but they should more focus on the cleanliness, which was not so great. Friendly staff though, but no own restaurant or breakfast, gym is good though.

good location
Butterfly on Prat Boutique Hotel is a stylish, so-called Boutique hotel in great location in Tsim Sha Tsui. Walking distance to the water front with the great skyline. rooms clean, gym small, but OK. outside corridor not clean and they don't have own restaurant or breakfast, but lots outside even in same street. great for shopping and sightseeing. friendly staff

a lot of foods around. at night also a lot of bars you can select from. basically you don't need to go anywhere to get everything you need.

Reasonably Priced Hotel for good location
Within 10 mins of walking distance to MTR.
Easy access to MTR and taxi. There is a Chinese local restaurant just beside the hotel - the price is reasonable for budget traveler and it is opened 24 hours. Convenience store is available just another few steps away. Although it is near to MTR, you have to be alert on the directions as it can be confusing due to the number of small roads etc.
