Poor location, Poor Hotel Staff, It should be 3*
No good thing, unless it is cheap, noisy at mid night (disco) , lots mosquito, bad staff performance, long wait at check in

the hotel was good.big room and spacious.internet connection was good but there a certain period that I couldn't access.but still satisfied with the connection.breakfast just below average as a 5 star hotel they should do better.food not warm enough, bfast juice should used fresh not cordial & fruits should be fresh.staffing should be more friendly not to be shy.try to do badge campainge more to customer friendliness and courtesiuos.overall i do satisfied but just good

Small old standard room but clean
The hotel staff was fantastic. Sales Manager was extremely nice, so was the front office staff. Location is very good. Hotel rates were good.

Overall it was satisfactory. However please note the following:
1. Breakfast - no variety at all. That was a shame for this hotel. Need much much better bfast offering.
2. Rooms (Standard) - very very ordinary & old. Nonetheless, the housekeeping crew did a good job to keep the rooms clean & nice.
3. Bar ( Tavern ) - it's a sad tale of how overpriced the drinks were. A mug of beer cost Rp 60,000 (~USD7). A bottle of whiskey was priced Rp 1,800,000 (although the menu stated Rp 1,500,000 - they must tried to cheat us). The cheap whiskey therefore was approx. USD 185 per bottle. The band that was playing there was mediocre at best.
