Servicio espectacular y situación privilegiada
La calle de acceso al hotel desde el metro es un poco sucia y descuidada

La ubicación es fenomenal. La parada del metro está a unos 100 metros y es la línea principal. La zona muy correcta, sin grandes lujos. Para llegar se pasa por un par de calles malas de aspecto pero sin problemas de seguridad. El hotel es excepcional. El trato increíble. Nosotros teníamos una habitación pequeñas y como no tenían nos dieron una suite. Las vistas excepcionales. Cuando estuvimos la piscina estaba en mantenimiento y no pudimos verla. Televisiones con dvd. Increíble las vistas. Desde el aeropuerto hay un autobús que te lleva al hotel.

Cuenta con bus de acercamiento a la estación de trenes.
Tiene varios restoranes diferentes.
La habitación es bastante buena y amplia

El hotel me pareció adecuado, con un buen servicio por parte de su personal, diferentes alternativas de restoranes, sin embargo estaban efectuando varios eventos como matrimonios y otros que no permit´´ian utilizar los restoranes u otras áreas del hotel por parte de los huéspedes.
Un punto muy bueno es que cuenta con un minibus que tiene tránsito regular hacia un centro comercial y hacia la estación de trenes, lo que permite comunicarse fácil y rápidamente con el aeropuerto y el centro de Hong Kong

UN BUEN HOTEL CON VISTAS INMEJORABLES
El edificio está recién construido y se nota. Todo está a estrenar. Las camas son fantásticas y la oferta de almohadas es muy buena. Las vistas de las habitaciones y, especialmente del restaurante de la última planta son espectaculares. El buffet del desayuno es variado y con productos de calidad.

Se trata de un hotel que cumple con las espectativas. Se encuentra en una buena zona de la isla de Hong Kong, aunque la calle es poco conocida y con varios talleres alrededor. Su situación junto al mar hace que las vistas de habitaciones y restaurantes resulten increibles, sobre todo de noche.
El servicio es extremadamente atento y agradable, sin llegar a ser agobiante en ningún caso. Todo está impecable y la estancia se hace cómoda.
En resumen, se puede recomendar este hotel sin equivocarse

Superb hotel near Fortress Hill MTR
It's 2 minute walk from Fortress Hill MTR, it's excellent value in comparison to other 5 star hotels in Hong Kong, the hotel staff are very attentive

I had an amazing stay at Harbour Grand Hong Kong hotel. I was unable to accomplish all my tasks during a day's business trip to Hong Kong, therefore had to make a last minute booking. Because of the Chinese Dragon Boat festival, all Hong Kong's hotels were very expensive and busy that day, and the price for a 3 star hotel was almost the same as the price I found on agoda for the Grand Deluxe Harbour View with FREE Internet room at Grand Harbour Hong Kong. I decided to go ahead and book the room.
Upon my arrival I was warmly greeted by the hotel staff and the check - in process was very smooth. I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist told me that I've been upgraded to a suite. When I walked in the room I was surprised by the size and comfort the suite had.It felt like I've won the lottery for a night. The comfort of the suite made me feel like home away from home. The gym,swimming pool and other facilities were also great. I will certainly recommend this hotel to all my friends and will stay again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
