Viatger de Negocis Spain, 19 / juliol / 2012	Buen Hotel pero algun problema Buena situacion en el centro de la ciudad, limpio , habitaciones amplias. 8 Estuvimos solo una noche y en general satisfechos, el personal muy amable, nuestro avion llego con retraso y llegamos al hotel a las 5 de la mañana pero en recepcion estaban esperandonos y nos dieron todo tipo de atencion. Este hotel tiene algun problema, las habitaciones no tienen mini bar, y el balcon no se puede abrir, el hotel no tiene restaurante ni servicio de habitaciones, por lo demas todo perfecto

Parelles United Kingdom, 17 / abril / 2013	Good value for money, close to airport Indoor and outdoor pool, large room and good wifi 7,3 We only stayed in Surabaya one night before flying out of there and chose this hotel as it seemed to be good value for money with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was being renovated in April 2013 which we were disappointed by. Otherwise we would have relaxed there fore the afternoon. On floor 2 there is a food court style cafeteria selling Indonesian and Western options, but reception staff also helped us to order pizza hut delivery to our room! Breakfast was disappointing with very few options.

Personnel was friendly and thoughtful, the rooms clean and spacious, and they accommodated my special requests immediately. This certainly was one of the best hotels I ever stayed, and it also affordable. Well done

It's way out of the city center but reasonably close to the airport & bus terminal. Most guests are parents or families of students of neighbouring Petra University. Room was clean, large but sparsely furnished. Breakfast is very basic. This no frill accommodation is a good value for money if you need to stay in the area.
