Hotel muy bonito con excelente desayuno

Excelente hotel con una hermosa infraestructura, amplias habitaciones con baño grande y una espectacular tina de piedra, el desayuno era muy completo y variado, bar muy comodamente ubicado en la piscina, agencia de tour en el mismo hotel, los unicos puntos en contra fueron que no tenia servicio de taxi disponible, tienes que conseguirlo por ti mismo y negociar, la señal de internet no es muy potente...en general volvería

Muy buena habitación
Habitación, desayuno y piscina.

Habitación amplia, baño con ducha y tina integrada. La habitación cuenta con un dibán que sirve de sofa, una buena terraza y cama grande. El único inconveniente, son los mosquitos, hay que usar repelente, pero no es atribuible al hotel, algo típico de esta parte del mundo.

la habitacion de juegos estaba todos los juguetes rotos pero en general bien

es un hotel encantador y las instalaciones son geniales, buena y gran piscina , peque parque para nuestros hijos de 2 y 6 edad.
buen buffet. y el personal amabilisimo sobretodo pauline.
servicio de internet gratis. playa de kata cerca. no olviden excursion a raya isla .veronica

Muy lindo hotel, excelente servicio y limpieza,

siete dias excelentes, al menos nuestra habitacion "deluxe pool view" estuvo impecable, personal muy atento,buenos servicios de transporte al aeropuerto, playa, tours, shows, etc, con precios negociables muy buenos.
el desayuno bastante variado y cambiado cada dia.
de las otras habitaciones no se, pero en esta, la vista y estancia fueron inmejorables, lo recomiendo a cualquiera que sea de gusto exigente.
la playa es linda, grande, agradable, o si solo desea descansar, este hotel es un lugar ideal.
Consells per al viatge:
Siempre regatee los precios, no falte al Fantasea, el tour en elefante que ellos ofrecen es muy satisfactorio tambien para los que gustan un poco de aventura y dias diferentes.

Un hotel muy bien ub.icado, cerca del centro comercial y los lugares de comida, con un inmejorable servicio por esmerado y cordial, tratando de complacer al huesped en todo lo que estuviera a su alcance.No tenian late check out pero debiamos dejar la habitacion a las 12,00 hs, lo que fue suficiente para armar el equipaje sin apuros

Noisy environment and lousy!

Super lousy experience. The check-in and check out process were slow. The rooms they first assigned to my families were noisy because there was renovation going on at the first floor. The air-con was noisy and water leaking and they had to gave me another room. But the noise outside was unbearable. I checked in on a Sunday and renovation was going on yet Reception Assistant Manageress actually dared to explain and clarified to me that the noise was only for that day and would stop at 5p.m. and that there won't be any the next day. I find that comment a little ridiculous as renovation was already going on on a Sunday, what more weekdays... I had to insist them to re-assign me other rooms faraway from the renovation. Then they agreed I could move to the new rooms across the other side of resort at 2pm the next day. We went out for walk and back at 3p.m. and our rooms were still not ready! With such lousy and slow service, I'll never ever stay in this hotel again!
Additional thing, never go Phuket during June. Rainy season. It rains everyday, we never did have chance to go island tour or snorkling. We go out to the streets carrying umbrellas. Kata site tends to experience black out! We experienced twice during our 4 days stay. The second one last for more than 2 hours and there are many mosquitoes.
