It is a great hotel. I would definetely go back, but two complaints. Their internet access system is horrible and expensive. High price per day, and charged per computer not per room !
Breakfast system is also horrible. They often give just one voucher, and dont allow to keep them in order to have breakfast together with your companion second day.

Fantastico. Volveria sin duda, a pesar de dos inconvenientes bastante molestos: el servicio de internet era caro y por ordenador, por lo que si habia dos personan dos habitaciones por habita que pagar doble. La ura opcion era el pequeno e incomodmala conexion.
Lo segundo, el desayuno. Normalmente dan solo un voucher por habitacion doble por dia, y son muy estrictos no permitiendo acumularlo para cada segundo dia para poder desayunar con tu pareja, por lo que el comedor estaba lleno de personas solas

Gracias a la buena ubicación del hotel, puedes desplazarte rápidamente a cualquier parte: metro, tranvía, autobuses y taxis son de fácil acceso y por lo tanto ayudan a hacer el viaje más confortable.
Tienes la posibilidad de encontrar a unos 100 metros la calle King's Road donde verás una gran cantidad de restaurantes.
El único punto negativo son las obras de construcción de un nuevo edificio justo al lado del hotel. Por lo tanto será muy complicado continuar durmiendo a partir de las 8.00 am.

Stayed at the hotel to watch the Lions v Barbarians rugby match. The rooms don't match the pictures on the website and are somewhat smaller that I expected.
No free wi-fi in the room and only 1 available socket for recharging gadgets and phones. Free wi-fi is a given in this day and age.
I have used other hotels in the same price range and thought they were better.
