Great location and easy to find by the logo.
Young atmosphere,
Clean and great coordination,
a lot of art, feels like modern gallery more than a hotel,
Not over decorate, everything's practical,
Cozy and warm lobby/bar, nice and caring staffs,
Great breakfast, exactly what I need at the morning.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's closed to a lot of restranrauts n cafe, bars
And east side gallery.,

The hotel is simply perfect

My sister and I stayed here for one night. Absolutely fantastic - from the warm-hearted friendly staff (who amazingly remembered our room number when we asked about breakfast the next morning), the dedicated every little detail in the room, the cleanliness to the design and the homey, comfort feeling.
The location was literally opposite the S-Bahn station but if you come out of the U-Bahn station like us, you would face the O2 World on the bridge, look left and walk down. Then 3 minutes down the road, you would see the hotel on the opposite side of the road.
The buffet breakfast was excellent, too, with such a wide variety of choice from pastries, cheese, salmon, muesli, yougurt, foie gras, hams, coffee and tea at just Euro 11!!! I would highly recommend that you book your room with breakfast if you have time in the morning to enjoy it.

Awesome Hotel with friendly staff
Nice environment, cosy room, cute little things all over the room, friendly staff and responsive email replies, easily accessible thru the UBahn and SBahn.

Convinient and easily accessible thru the SBahn and UBahn. Near to the city, which is only a few stations away. Can also be reached easily from the airport. A lot of cute little things in the room, and a complimentary bottle of water.
One negative thing is this hotel's signboard is a little too dim to be seen at night. Had trouble locating the hotel when I reach at night and the main door was closed after dark, you need to access thru the bar next to the hotel. A little bit cheeky. The rooms are a little bit small for big luggages.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask to try their mountain of youth, a kind of coconut drink, which is quite nice. Their breakfast is 11 euros, and it has basically everything you can think of for a breakfast.

Cosy room is small - probably the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in.Good for short stay but might want bigger room for longer than a few days.
Good buffet breakfast.
Close to good bars and restaurants - map provided on check-in.
Also note, there is a window from the bed to the shower - pretty unique!
Great location for nights out in berlin or sight seeing. Transport right outside the door and easy connections to the airport.
Friendly staff.
Wet room style shower room - smelly drain for first day or so but smell went away - not sure why...
Restaurant Tip:
Burgermiester, good outdoor burger place under Istanbul express, 10 minutes walk away. Worth a visit for a quick bite to eat if passing

German hip bric-á-brac cosy hotel with charm+style

a wonderful hotel with a diverse crowd, who tend to be on the fashion/art/design radar.
despite the hotel bar, lounge and courtyard -you still have complete silence in your great cocoon room.
all graphic design is stuffed with hilarious humor and adds to the hipness of this relaxed hotel, who embraces all.
the breakfast buffet is probably one of the best in berlin. we had reserved a table at the reichstag restaurant/café for breakfast, but all we could think about up there, was to return to the very enjoyable mbh buffet instead. higly recommendable -and addictive.
also points to this hotel location wise. less touristy than the rest of berlin, due to the (still) less gentrified former east berlin.
a solely positive experience for 4 days in berlin. go for it::::::::
Hotel Feature Tip:
We booked one of the smallest room and it was still big enough for staying 4 days. Although the bed is the main character, but then again: who goes to Berlin for the hotel? Smart bathroom solution.
The Big Lebowski is looping in the hotels' corridors, which takes you to the promised land......

We stayed only one night and had a great time in Berlin.
The hotel is in a good location with a lot of bars around,
but the prize is too high for a very small hotel!
I liked the bar most of all!
