Relaxing day with nice hotel.

The location is great. You can walk to beach easily and can walk to Bang La, street of night life. Moreover, you can walk to Jungcelon shopping center. Pool very huge and have jacuzzi in one side. You can order drink at pool bar, no need to take out of pool. The breakfast is good if you are not Thai you might like it because they have rare thai food as Mussamun in braekfast buffet. However they don't have smoke salmon which I like but other food still great. My room is huge and bed is perfect, feel like sleep in heaven. We will back to this hotel in further chance.

Very dissapointed
Good spa and close to Patong area and a lot of restaurant in the neighbourhood

Very dissapointing because we arrived in Phuket airport at 19.00 pm and just arrived in the hotel at about 22.00 pm . Because I have a 10 year old child and we have not eaten our dinner, I ordered a room service and the problem start , first it took them a long time to pick up my call, 2nd the staff can not speak English very good and finally I got the chance to order my food I have to wait until 00.30 am to only find out that my order has not been taken. That is already after another 2 times calling to asked for the food. Finally I cancelled my order and I was angry by the staff who said that he is the duty manager because he want stop talking while i am talking and and he is more angry than I am . I dont understand that in the hotel that english speaking staff is a must, and yet very little staff that speak english and yet the duty manager is unpolite .I think I will never stay in the hotel that staff does not appreciate their guest.
