Excelente ubicación y habitaciones confortables
Esta muy bien situado y comunicado, ya que tienes muy cerca paradas de bus, metro, etc

Pasamos un fin de semana, Estuvimos muy a gusto con los servicios prestados en el hotel. Tuvimos la suerte de estar en la planta 33 por lo que las vistas desde la habitación eran espectaculares. Tiene una excelente comunicación y situación, puedes acceder cómodamente a cualquier parte de Berlín que quieras visitar.

Excelente ubicación en Alexander Platz. Al salir del hotel encuentras la estación S+U desde la cual te puedes mover por todo Berlin y el autobus TXL que sale desde el aeropuerto de Tegel y te deja allí mismo. En la plaza encontraras todo tipo de comidas en puestos callejeros muy bien de precio. Al lado mismo del hotel tienes las Galerias Kauhof donde puedes encontrar de todo. La única pega es que la habitación es un poco pequeña y la ducha panorámica sin mampara tupida que hay en la habitación.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
muy bien comunicado con estacion de S+U y parada de autobuses delante del hotel.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente y está muy bien comunicado con el aeropuerto y las zonas turisticas. El personal ha sido muy amable y colaborador. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y son modernas. El unico inconveniente es que la ducha no está separada mas que por una cortina del resto de la habitación y que el desayuno es un poco caro, cuesta 18 euros al día. Precio razonable.

Great location
Close to U and S Bahn, short walk up the Under see Linden to Brandonbeeg Gate.

Stay was great, when I requested a late check out they made it happen with no problems. Only issue was no free wifi and you use wifi was very expensive.

In general I was satisfied with no surprices.
My room was small and felt like a box and the open bathrom, although with it was possible to cover it with a curtain, was not exactly my taste. But this I knew before and the price was low for a 4 star hotel in a central location. Next time I will properly choose a hotel with seperately bathroom to a higher price.

Generally a pleasant 3-day stay and great location that is near to many tourist points of interests. However, a request for kettle has taken close to an hour and 3 calls to housekeeping before it is being delivered.

Small Small Small Rooms, tiny clastrophobic rooms!

the Location is the best in Berlin,
except for it, the hotel rooms are too small, the staff only wants your money,
upgrade for additional per night for higher floor (but still the worst view) and for internet and breakfast (why not included in the basic rate?!)
the room is tiny! the toilets are inside the bedroom,
want a bath tub? PAY MORE
want bit bigger room?!? PAY MUCH MORE
want a view to the TV tower?! PAY MUCH MORE
you end up paying , too much for a city hotel.
safe deposit box didn't work, asked the reception, they never sent someone.
(They pasted a sticker - sorry, the safe does not work!)
Internet got disconnected 2-3 times, had to talk to external support for fixing the problem which was eventually in their system.
