Habitaciones muy grandes, comodas y limpias. El buffet del desayuno correcto, bueno
Hotel Feature Tip:
Personal un poco rigido, no hacen excepciones. Tienen un servicio de shuttle y si pides que te recojan en lugar distinto, imposible!

El hotel es divino, en medio de un bosque, con vista al mar, pileta de 10 con efecto cascada al mar. Muy buen resto con la mejor vista de Karon.
Excelente ubicacion para descanasar y relajarte, con spa incluido. Cuentan con transfer a Karon beach y a Patong, gratis, horarios preestablecidos.
Especial para parejas. Si queres estar en medio de la movida, quedas medio lejos.

El hotel es muy bonito, com mucha vegetación y muy cuidada. Las vistas son fabulosas desde el hote y darte un baño en su piscina es muy agradable, aunque es muy pequeña.
El punto negativo es la situación. El hotel tiene un servicio diario y gratuito de transporte a Karon y a Paton. Para Karon te llevan a las 10 y te traen a las 4. Y a patong te llevan a las 4:30 y te traen a las 10 de la noche. Pero si quieres moverte tu a tu aire es un poco rollo. los tuc hasta karon cobran 200 Bt. Y si no quieres moverte del hotel, este se queda algo pequeño.
El servicio es muy bueno.

Un gran hotel, preciosas vistas al mar, bonita picina, buen servicio. Buen desayuno. Muy tranquilo.

Es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que estube durante mi viaje por asia, un ambiente muy relajado, buenos desayunos frente al mar, la habitación muy acojedora. Se puede alquilar un vehiculo. Un 10.

Nice hotel, frustrating staff

The Secret Cliff Resort is hard to get to. The staff made us feel like we were stealing from them when we checked out by barging into our room before we had even left the resort. The pool was very cold. Positives were that the pizza restaurant was very good. The room was made up every day with new sheets, towels etc if needed.

Great View

Very pleasant stay in a room with an ocean view. Clean, comfy with friendly staff.
It was raining so hard during our stay here Patong area was flooded but Karon area was safe and sound. The resort is quite on the edge of Karon, a little far away from the main beach. Easy access with a car, though.
The best thing is about the view. The resort is on the cliff so you can get a nice view of the Karon beach from the restaurant. And since it's on the cliff, the room I stay, #123, was down at the bottom where it's quite a steep walking downhill to the room. A service car was provided by the resort, though.
