Viatgers en solitari Spain, 3 / desembre / 2011	Excelente ubicación pero la mayoria del staff no h la tranquilidad 7,7 la mayoria del staff no habla nada, pero nada de ingles y cuando no era por la mañana ( cuando estas de escursiones o en la playa ) era un dolor de cabeza comunicarte con nadie...no es algo del hotel, es de tailandia en general..se limitan a sonreir y decir que i don´t know. la ubicacion genial, a 10 minutos del ruido, las vistas una pasada, lo recomiendo si buscais tranquilidad, pero eso si..armaros de paciencia Hotel Feature Tip: debeis probar las clases de moai thai que hay en el gym :)

Parelles Australia, 5 / maig / 2013	didn't meet expectation fron advertisement ocean view, clean comfortable bed 5 The stay was fine but would never pay to stay there again, as the steep climb to the room were not wanted after shopping & sightseeing all day. It was hard to make oneself understood to staff; you only got a 1 time only discount at the restaurant. which needed to be presented prior to ordering (this was not explained); had to contend with the loud music from the Tuk Tuk each night; the pool lounges were very worn or broken & area around pool littered with leaves; the pool bar never opened on the days we were there even though it advertised a happy hour each day between 4-5pm; there was no information in the room about the resort or Phuket. We have every intention of returning to Phuket but sorry to say wonton be staying at Secret Cliff

Rooms, Gardens and view of the sea 6,7 The staff were quite unhelpful and every time i went to speak with reception there were between 7 and 10 people standing around doing nothing. They woulndt offer me help until I went up to them. Even then we had to keep asking them whats going on because they just would never respond and tell us. This happened when booking a taxi twice, going to a show and dinner, trying to change rooms. It became a bit of a joke. But the rooms were very nice and we had a great view.

Resturant , Staff 6,3 Am booking with Superior with breakfast but my room as like as standard room , Small , bad Blanket , pillow and bed too am disappointed is not look like a picture that they show on the website. When am check in they have a little problem with them wifi connection and the staff don't inform me anymore and don't give me for username and password for internet wifi too. My room at on the little hill they have a mini bus wait to service you if you have a room on there.

Parelles Canada, 5 / març / 2013	Poor Communication Resulted In Disappointment Muy Thai Gym located on site, beautiful view, nice swimming pool 5,3 There is one very important thing that you should be aware of before booking here. There are 2 sides to this hotel: The Resort side and the Villa side. They are separated by a busy road and the views and rooms are much nicer on the resort side. After waiting 2 hours for a gorgeous Resort room to be ready (we were shown to the room and were unpacking our bags), we were then informed this was not the room we paid for and were promptly moved to the other side of the street which caused us great disappointment. Also, we were required to pay an additional 1000 baht per night as our booking had a max guest number of 1 (be sure to check this in your booking). Hotel staff were not unfriendly, but also not very helpful either. Another notable characteristic is that this hotel is not close to anything. You will be stuck paying a lot of money for food at the hotel restaurant unless you rent a scooter or take the 250 baht taxi into town.
Geoff B. Grups United Kingdom, 1 / març / 2013	Worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. No pros of this hotel. Terrible place 4 Rude and intimidating staff is my main gripe. We checked in and then checked out 1 hour later after intimidating confrontations with staff and security. Absolutely abhorrent. I have travelled to most parts of the world and this is the most unsafe and dodgy establishment I have ever come across. Do your self a massive favour and avoid at all costs!

Viatgers en solitari Australia, 28 / febrer / 2013	Lovely hotel and service with a smile A good location for me as it was up on a hill and out of all the busyness,however still only five minutes to the beach in a tuk tuk 9,3 The hotel has traditional Thai decor with some modern interior extras. I stayed in one of the villas that was clean and modern and had wonderful views out to the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I had several meals at the restaurant that I enjoyed. Overall I was very happy and satisfied with my stay and would have stayed longer if I had the time The massages at the Hotels spa I also found very relaxing and enjoyable.
