El hotel es bastante céntrico. El trato del personal de recepción y entrada al hotel fue muy bueno. La limpieza de la habitación fue un poco escasa (tazas de té sin limpiar correctamente en toda nuestra estancia, olvido de poner papel higiénico, etc). La habitación era grande, pero muy antigua. No había ni secador ni perchas, ni caja de seguridad (si en recepción)La nevera y aire acondicionado eran muy ruidosos. En definitiva, que necesita una gran renovación, ya que se nota que no lo han hecho en mucho tiempo. No llega a un cuatro estrellas, pero de los hoteles céntricos es el más asequible.
El restaurante del hotel es caro.

The Staffs Were Superbs

I stayed 3 days in this Hotel. They provide standard 4 star Hotel service, and I think they are one among the most popular Hotel in this area. If you're looking for a good rest, the place is best. One thing that I love the most is the very nice and kind hotel staffs. They will be happy to assist you in knowing Davao, show you direction to the place you'd like to visit, simply the staff are very foreigner friendly.
The only downside from this Hotel is a very bad internet connection in the room.

I and my colleague stayed in this hotel for three days. What makes my stay in this hotel feel so good is the friendly staff. From the moment I check in the staff is helpful and attentive to my need for a no smoking and easy lift access room. They kindly inform us where to go around Davao City. The room is comfortable and big enough. The check out process is easy. Overall it’s a good experience.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. Rooms are big enough and very comfortable. Hotel location is superb, it's located within the heart of the city but not along major city road so it's not noisy. It's also very near to shopping centers and restos.

I have no idea where they get the idea that they are 4 star. At best I would say 2 star. This is an old hotel, that desperately needs upgrading.
