Wonderful experience... All staffs are helpful and friendly... Free breakfast for my two kids during my stays... Love the view and the breakfast too... Definitely will be back again...

This hotel was beyond excellent for comfort, service, ambience, friendliness & welcome.
We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel that we have already decided to go back. If our itinerary had permitted we would have stayed on longer. As for the Spa - it was the most wonderful spa experience I have had to date. The staff were truly excellent in every way.

Outstanding staff
We stayed two nights at the Cameron Highlands Resort. We found the staff really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on all Malaysia. We enjoyed the steamboat and the high tea. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were great. Special shout out to Joan on reception and Gerard, both are fantastic and lovely people.

Disappointing cameron highlands resort
Sticky floor in guest room, no access for baby stroller, dusty lamps and tables, no proper pillows for babies.

4th time stay - from a local who was born and bred in CH
The stay is always excellent. i like the proximity to the two towns, Tanah Rata and Brinchang and the golf course which is a stone-throw away. We played there 3 times during our last stay. CH is a unique and place of much fond memories for us. That;s why we always make it an annual trip, if possible. As a total service, i felt some feedback is now necessary... 1) CHR is a premium resort. Hence, total service is expected. this includes providing good and trusted local-guided tours and services. Let me explain.. We wanted to visit the Mossy Forest and Gunong Brichang. We were aware of the many local service providers available. When we enquired from the front desk, conveniently the tour operator (i think) was on hand to provide some details. The price for a brochure-explained itinerary was RM200 per person for a full-day tour (includes Mt Brinchang, Mossy Forest, BoH Estate, Butterfly Farm and Strawberry Farm, if I am not mistaken). We made a preliminary booking. Later in the day, a quick check with the other local operators in Tanah Rata revealed that the price for a similar itinerary was Rm50 per person! Why the huge difference? This was our question to the front desk. If it is different operator, I can accept. But CHR uses local operators as well, not their own operators. I would think that CHR would have partnered a trusted, quality, operator to provide such services at reasonable prices (it does not in anyway cheapen your branding) such as with ECO Camerons. 2) Bedroom faucets are slowly starting to deteriorate. Their maintenance and replacement should be done as a result of regular cleaning and maintenance, not at the response of guest's complain! Also, repair competency is a challenge. Repair done and repair accomplished is not one and the same. Watch out, the flush used and in replacement of the original are not of good quality (or at least the replacement is not done well). They do not flush well and often time, water continue to run after flushing, unl

A satisfying stay!
The resort's staff were very courteous & helpful, food was good which made our overall stay an enjoyable experience. Should have a garden considering the fine weather all year round. The set back would be the long flight of stairs up to the lobby & room which is a deterrent to those who are physically handicapped & elderly.

Fantastic getaway
