Comfortable inn
Amazing scones and tea (a must have), very helpful staff, wide range of services available
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was great (although a little on the higher price side or scones), good location and comfortable atmosphere

Good & cheap
Friendly Staff, close to the centre and the foodcourt, quiet
The stay was great. The Staff was helpfull. The room was spacious and there is a great foodcourt really near the hotel. I can recommend the place for people with children or without.

Good location, small room but clean
location, flexibility checking in n out, clean
I believed all rooms at Cameron Highlands are without air-cond but I would appreciate if they can have a fan in the room. There was warm water for shower, but had to wait approx 5min to get it warm. Very small room about 10sqf. Hardly able to move after luggage were opened on the floor. Minutes away from the town centre just go on foot.

i wont go to this hotel again
clean and quiet
1. the goo things: quiet and clean 2. parking lot is very small and it's a little hard to find parking lot nearby 3. we book a room that needs to share bathroom. But this kind of room only have bed and one dresser. Nothing else, even a chair.... 4. No free breakfast 5. The woman's attitude is bad. It looks like that she doesn't care anything. In a word, if you go there parking will be a trouble.

Dissapointed with their customer service
Worst. I booked online through Agoda and during check in, the staff told me that the room I booked was fully occupied and blamed Agoda for the lateness of transaction. No refund and we were told to upgrade our room booking by making additional payment without even said sorry for the inconvenience caused. I reluctantly paid for the additional fee. The other terrible part was the provided car park. All cars crammed into a limited parking spaces. Last but not least, the unfriendly staff was the most terrible one.

Decent place for a night or two
Location was okay, helpful owner
I felt a bit isolated in this hotel, but it is a hotel rather than a guesthouse/hostel. The room was fine enough, but there were mosquitos because the window was left open. Otherwise, it was pretty comfortable. The door to my room didn't actually lock, and I regret not mentioning this concern to the owner. The place is a bit out of the way from the restaurants and shops, but that didn't really bother me. An extra 2 minutes of walking maybe.
