It's an OK stay. Not the best though

Location, Room Heating, Staff Friendliness
I stayed for 6 nights and i had to change rooms twice because of the bad conditions of some rooms. I was happy with the last room i got and the location of the hotel.

Worst comfort

Music at the bar blasted through the whole hotel.

Nice trendy hotel,

center of city. staff, great food
They upgraded me to me the suite for free. Large room large bed. bathroom shower was poorly designed. it leaked, but there was a drain right next to shower, so it didnt get everywhere. I stayed just for going to Petra. Very busy bar area. Seems like a popular nightspot. Plenty of people showing up to hang out there.

An okay experience, but I would not go back

location, warm water in the sink basin, and helpful front desk staff
It was just alright. I feel it was overpriced for the quality of room we received. We requested a large bed but were given two singles. The bathroom shower was full of lime and the water barley came out of the shower head. The heater in the room worked sometimes, but thankfully we only had a small single bed to cuddle in and keep warm. The hotel staff was very friendly and tried to make our stay better, but the power outage in the morning was kind of the straw that broke the camels back. I would not go as far to say this is a boutique hotel. If anything they should change it to budget and reprice their rooms accordingly.

Staff, food and comfort
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. My friend and I had to stay in Amman for 3 nights due to the snow storm. We needed to run last minute errands and the hotel manager took us to do so even though the weather was poor. Whenever we had a concern (needed a converter, wifi was down, had a question), the hotel staff was extremely friendly in helping us. They are very personable people and will always do their best to accommodate you. The restaurant is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the service is friendly. The hotel manager always checked up on us, gave us free desserts, and arranged a cab from the hotel to the airport even when cabs were not running due to the weather conditions. He even offered us an extra free night in case we were stuck at the hotel. I have only good things to say about this hotel because they were extremely accommodating and friendly. Even though my friend and I were stressed about our delays and traveling problems, this hotel truly made us feel more comfortable and relaxed. The manager is a wonderful man who will go out of his way to help in any way. I would definitely come here again and I recommend anyone looking for a comfortable and amazing stay, to do the same.

The best service I have ever experienced

The restaurant food was amazing, the room was very nice, and the service impeccable
I have never stayed in a hotel with this kind of service before. The staff and manager were very friendly and personable, and they did everything they could to accommodate me and my girlfriend. Our concerns and needs were respected. We will definitely be back to the Canyon Boutique Hotel when we return to Amman. Everything about the hotel is great, especially the restaurant on the top floor.

Big room for good price

spacious room, nice rooftop bar, good food
For a relatively small hotel, equipped with a decent bar on top floor and pool table on the ground floor.
