What you see is not what you get !

The air con ! The Lift ! And the Television !
Very Average, Was Disappointed with the room (very Small ) and the water Pressure was Terrible ! Staff tried but don't speak much English !Restaurant was poor at best !Cleaning Staff should not be so pushy to clean rooms when they want to ! A sheet was left on top of the bed so I could make it ! And the sheet fitted to the Bed was stained ! Not a good Look !

Centrally located hotel with clean rooms.

Centrally located, accessible to restos and public transport, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
The aircon had a draft in the beds. I had to ask the housekeeping to move the beds to the opposite side. The room however was very clean and comfortable. The hotel does not serve breakfast nor does it have a cafe so we had to walk to find a breakfast place. Otherwise, the hotel is centrally located and very accessible to taxis and jeepneys.

It was not really an accetable service

Facilities, view
Staff told me that they cannot accomodate my early check in request and asked me to go back at 12nn, because they don't have an availble rooms yet, went back at past 1pm and told me that there are still no available rooms, (mind you at 11am they will keep calling your room to remind you of the check out time of 12 noon) so i told them that i will be waiting at the waiting area. I can already see them calling some other guests sitting beside me and providing them the room they need, even the walk in guest too, so i though mine was not ready yet.. So i continued to wait patiently, at around 2:15pm i was already tired so i got pissed off when they waited for me to approach them before they tried to follow up the room that i reserved 2days ago, given the fact that i was only a couple of feet away from them, they seemed to not mind me at all, that i maybe already exhausted for waiting. I mean, they keep calling other guest, and they knew i was already waiting there, but they even waited for me to be the one to approach them.. Some of the staff doesn't greet you when u pass by them, especially the guards, they stare at you from head to foot.. So unprofessional.. The room was quite small, but clean, but the bathroom has some rust on their faucets, and the painted wall outside the hotel entrance, just doesn't attract classy guest.. Im not staying in this hotel again..

Great location but disappointing rooms

Location, location, location
I was attracted to the price since I was very familiar with the location. The place was quite challenging to find although once you find it, it is quite easy to locate. Since the entrance is in a corner, people can easily miss it. Check in was a breeze. However, the room was really small with no more room for anything else except the bed. The window was actually a fake window since what you see outside it is another wall with translucent glass tiles. The bathroom door kept on swinging in Room 510. At night, I was awakened by the very cold air conditioner seeping through the very thin blanket given. I would have wanted to eat at the penthouse but for a 2 star property, their a la carte breakfast costs like a 5 star hotel! While it was a pleasant stay, there are other hotels around the area that could provide a much better experience than this hotel.

Good place to stay

Staff, room & food
Our stay was very good. We only stayed one night this time & did not have spend much time at the hotel because of our busy schedule. The room was clean & tidy, the hotel staff were polite, friendly & very helpful. Look forward to our next stay because it will be longer for us to enjoy more. :)

Bath Towels have torn edges

Very near Cebu Provincial Capitol. Ease in getting a taxi going to the Cebu Port
Will not book in this hotel again. TV signal was lost, bath towels have worn edges, along the main highway hence noise from passing vehicles are heard inside the room even at 3am
