Don't stay here! Warning!
Staff were exceedingly rude. You have to check out and back in each day including removing your stuff from the locker/capsule so it is useless for anything more than 1 night. If I had of known i would have never booked. The place stinks, hardly any room in locker. I was expecting it to be bad but it was worse than my already low expectations. Only booked cause everything else was booked, never again, especially with such rude staff and their checkin/out policy. Avoid at all costs. Life is too short for places like this.

Decent for budget travelers
Price, accessibility
Not a picky traveler. The stay itself was decent. My only complaint is the lack of internet from the third storey onward.

Only if you really need to.
Nice staff. Helpful staff. Decent location.
You really get what you pay for. The place was clean and the staff were really helpful. Never doing this capsule thing again though. Not for me.

Not worth it
Close to Ueno Park and Zoo
I wouldn't stay there again. Stinks of cigarette smoke everywhere and smells like mould in the hallways. Plenty of other Capsule hotels to choose from in tokyo.

Nice!!!
its a great place, got access to nice clubs that you can unwind after work
The place is safe and clean very cheap for a one night stay. Great access to the subway train, friendly staff, knows a little English so not much of a problem asking for directions.

it is accessible to some great tourists spots..and not very hard to find after you get off the subway station....
Nice place to stay for an overnight.... although they don't serve breakfast but they do serve food at a price on the menu...

Good Location and worth the price
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff despite their limitation in English.
clean and neat for a capsule hotel, spent 2 nights there with a good connection of Wifi.. the only thing that would be a surprise for me is the public bathing place which turns out to be a custom in Japan. I consider it as a new experience. Overall, the hotel is worth the price and will be a good option if your travelling alone.
