Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The Carlton Opera Apartment Suites, Vienna
The hotel is in a great district - near Naschmarkt, trams and Karlsplatz U-bahn - a location that is central, and easy to access other parts of Vienna from. The Hotel's appartment suite was spacious, well planned, with all essentials. There was even a dishwasher and washing machine! Good buffet breakfast, and friendly staff
This was a great average hotel, with all basic amenities, and in a great location. The apartment was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette (including fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as hob and oven with basic pots, plates and cutlery), a sitting room (with writing desk, television, easy chairs, and in our case a spare bed for our 4 year old, and a separate bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower overhead. It was all clean and tidy, and all basic things (towel, soap, hairdryer) were included. There was even an iron and ironing board in the apartment. Internet access for free is only available in the lobby, through a computer supplied by the hotel, and for up to 20 mins at a time. But there is wi-fi in each room at a cost. Breakfast was a simple European buffet (breads, cheeses, hams, cereal and fruit). The staff are friendly, and the hotel is very accessible to all major tourist attractions.
Around the back of the hotel is a short walk to Naschmarkt - with a wide range of restaurants and cafes. This is particularly lively at night, and in the day, there are all sorts of stores selling edible snacks, fruits and veg, olives, cheeses etc. Great place to walk around and linger.
