Great location and clean hotel

casa hotel is located within 1 min walk from yau ma tei station. it is a few stops away from central, mong kok and favorite attractions. located behind the hotel is the temple street market which sells good food and merchandise. hotel is a little small but just nice for a solo traveller. clean hotel with friendly staff. towels changed daily which i was impressed. would definately stay at casa again.

Great Location

Neat and clean
the staff are friendly and it very near to the mtr. it very easy to find also. setback only for those elderly and big luggage as you have to carry up a few steps at the entrance. the lift sometimes take very long also. but overall it good and safe hotel.

Good location with only a minute walking to MTR

Good food are around the hotel
A very good location for traveller as this hotel is in the middle of Kowloon. Besides, it takes only less than a minute walking to the nearest MTR which is very convenient for the travellers. Also, good food are around the corner. 'Temple Street' is just right behind the hotel. No doubt, it's a bit dangerous during at night, however, it's always better to walk in couple to avoid any trouble. The bathroom is very small though. All in all, I had a pretty good stay at this hotel.
Restaurant Tip: You can simply try any restaurants around this hotel as everything there is pretty good. The noodles and rice are good, not mentioning about the 'dim sum', as the 'dim sum' is just so so to me. However, it depends to what you like.

Excellent Location, but Loud location

Prompt services, ez free wifi services
I've stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. I booked them at the very last minute during March and received an okay rate, considering the great location of the hotel in Kowloon. (Temple street and surrounding areas have a lot of great eatery places such as the clay pot rice restaurant close to the Red Tea House Hotel nearby, perfect for people venturing out for local food.) The rooms are your typical HK hotel room: tiny but efficiently organized (this includes the bathroom area- it is as tiny as it can get, practically walled up by glasses instead of real walls.) There's a cafe downstairs on the 2nd floor that provides decent lunch meals at a pretty budget pric, in case you are in need of a quick bite. The housekeeping staffs do not speak fluent English, but they were nice to ask me every morning before I left hotel room to see if I need housekeeping. The only complaint I have would be the walls are not well soundproofed at all and so were the windows. Living at higher levels of the hotel did not mean that I was able to get away from all the noises downstairs because Nathan Road is a very busy area with lots of traffic. Also you can't really open the shades during daytime b/c buildings across the street is pretty close to your own window. But if you are out for most of the day time period, then that would be the least of your concern.
Hotel Feature Tip: They allow you to use wifi in the reception area for free even after you have checked out of the hotel on the same day with luggages stored with them. Not a lot of hotels will give you such liberty.

Great Location!

Location is great, just next to Yau Ma Tei MTR Station!
The hotel location is the main selling point! Just next to Yau Ma Tei MTR Station. The only inconvenience is you have to climb the staircase with your luggage if you take MTR from airport to hotel / vv. Hence, if you have old folks or young children, perhaps need to take note about this. You have to carry your luggage up a few steps in the hotel before you can catch the lift to 2nd floor to check in. Free wifi at the hotel.
Restaurant Tip: Opposite the hotel, you can find a Japanese Restaurant sell very good Ramen... but expect to queue for at least 20 mins before you can enter the restaurant.

Great location but small room and beds

Though small, it can be quite cozy... and the hotel staff are friendly
It was a pleasantly shock for a 1st timer in Hongkong to see such a small room, cramped up toilet cum shower, and even the bed is small. Good thing is the mattress, pillows etc are comfortable and clean. The location makes every aspect of the room insignificant. It is location in the heart of the most popular street and night market. This is perfect for any toursit.

Perfectly located, Metro, Ladies' & Temple St.

This hotel is in a great location for touring Hong Kong. Walking distance to Temple St. and the Ladies' Market and is right beside Yau Ma Tei Station on the Metro
We stayed here for 2 nights and although the room was tight we fit in 3 adults and two toddlers. The bathroom was not very private with translucent glass walls but couples would have no issue with that. It is right above the Yau Ma Tei station which we took from Hong Kong Disneyland. This line also connects with Central so you can see a lot of Hong Kong with ease.
Restaurant Tip: There is a great Vietnamese restaurant right across the road
