great central hostel above a bar on a busy street
Night life, location, breakfast
Everything was great, great for those who adopt the Spanish lifestyle, wake up after 10 to enjoy your breakfast. Enjoy your day in the sun, either at the beach just 15 minutes walk away, or the shops only 5 minutes. Towels and soaps are provided, don't forget to bring 50 euros for the key deposit.

Expensive, Overpriced, Overrated
Centrally located, Close to the beach, Easy access to the metro station
This hotel used to be a house. It is located on the second floor, directly above a bar/resturant. In the house there are 3 to 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a terrace. The house is very old, but beautiful. Since it is so old, noise travels easily. The guests who are in the other rooms can be heard no matter how quiet they are. The other issue was the shared bathrooms. If you need privacy, this is not the hotel for you. At night, the bar below the hotel is extrmely noisy and it stays open until around 4am. Once it closes, the noise settles down, but around 5am it starts again with the street sweepers and garbage trucks. Light sleepers will be kept up nearly all night with the noise. Aside from the hotel, everything in the city is extremely overpriced. The tourists are taken advantage of by the government and privately owned attractions. There are entrence fees for every attraction and the fees are rediculously outrageous. Barcelona is a beautiful city, but it is not worth the money it costs to visit.

Cheap, charming, centrally located, hard to find.
Centrally located, charming and cheap
The hotel is an apartment above a resturant. There is no signage or information that there is a hotel at the specified address. And that was interesting at two o'clock at night when we arrived. Very disturbing traffic and noise. But if you want to live in an apartment building and sharing an apartment with other, it works fine.

A gem in the corner
Location, breakfast, bed.
The wait for the bathroom was a turn- off. I had to wait for 2 and a half hour just to bathe at night. It was insane. Breakfast is fantastic. Overall, it's still worth staying for the price i paid.
