I stay in this hotel at least 3 times a year and I have continued to enjoy the hotel service ie. housekeeping is doing a good job, the restaurant (Imperial Palace) provides fantastic food. The only setback for this particular stay is the irritating noise from the current renovation which commences at 10am daily
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: If you intend to make a side trip to Taipa Village for shopping and meals, take the free Grandview Hotel bus. Taipa ias only a short 10 mns walk from Grandview Hotel

Great rooms and so close to ferry terminal!

Huge, newly renovated rooms
7.7
Stayed in a non-smoking room (only one floor is non-smoking) for two nights. The room was huge! It would be considered a suite at other hotels (well, maybe not in Macau). Seemed to be renovated recently. Very clean and modern. Staff was mostly friendly and English was not a problem. About a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal.

First off, the price for the room was very very reasonable, compared to most of the other hotels in Macau. I have stayed at many other hotels in the city, and this is a reasonable price. Do not expect this to be in the top tier of hotels, which you would be paying more than double for. For the price, it will give you a very decent size and stay. The staff was very friendly. Wish they were faster with receiving the info from Agoda. Something seems to be a delay between both sides. Did wish room service taste better with better quality.

Good hotel in Macau

Rooms, casino, service

Good option in Macau for those who want comfort yet don't want to pay the money demanded by the big chains (sands, MGM, venetian etc...) The hotel was clean, service was good and next time I go to Macau, I would stay here again.
Restaurant Tip: The Cafe Margaret near the Grand Lisboa has amazing egg tarts.

Macau is a small city with two distinct areas. The Macau side is more the classic section with the casino that have been known to macau. The Cotai house many of the newer casinos, ie venetian. There is a lot of food and shopping in the Macau city side with many local restaurants serving Chinese foods that are known classics in the area. Macau has several places to shop with high and low quality and brands. The Canal shops caters towards a mid to high level brands. With the inclusion of the Four Seasons section, the canal shops has many many high end european brands. The food court is also an excellent way to meet the different taste of a large group. Prices are not always the cheapest, expecially with HK just a ferry ride away.

Good hotel, bit far from the action

BIg rooms with large tv, nice bathroom, good bed. Nice lunch- and dinerbuffet at the restaurant.

Good hotel with proper and big rooms and a good soft bed. Upon arrival everything was arranged right. Nice little casino. Free shuttlebus to the hotel and the border gate. Good food at the restaurant, we recommend the lunchbuffet and the japanese dinerbuffet! Swimming pool was closed during our stay, though it looked very nice.
Nightlife Tip: Casino's
