It was an okay stay
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The room setup was decent for the price you pay (comparing the price to an American hotel in that price range). Cons: I was disappointed on the bathroom setup. They could have put a sturdier shower line that would divide the shower from the toilet seat. The line was so cheaply done that it couldn't hold the curtain itself. Another thing was their food service. The food options were limited and they serve you a powdered juice (eight o'clock) and price it up for 50php (I think it's ridiculous). The next con about this hotel was they had a party event in the sky lounge at 8am. It was so loud that it woke us up. I complained to the front desk and they tried to control the noise by closing the sky lounge door. It helped somehow but still some of the visitors would leave the door open so the noise would come out again. Staff tried their best to control it. The door lock is manual using keys. They don't have the automatic locks so you have to be mindful to lock the door when you leave the room. Pros: It's located a little bit off from the city but not too bad. The location is quiet and has a nice view of the mountain side. Front desk personnel and security guard are very helpful. They maintain cleanliness of the room everyday when we were out of the hotel. The kitchen does serve fresh shakes but it's not on the menu so you have to ask about it. We enjoyed the peacefulness away from the busy street of the city. Oh and there is a pharmacy in the bottom so it's very convenient when you need medications or other basic needs. Overall, our stay was good until that party in the sky lounge disappointed us.

Cool owner but WiFi and room service poor and slow!!!
I had to change room because of air on problem,I could not get any signal inside my room for the WiFi,had to sit outside in the hallway, and even then was way too slow to connect and book airplane ticket.I had to go ask the front desk to use there own computer to buy my ticket.Cook was not at work some days so no food was available had to go out.And room service was slow many things on menu was not available....basic stuff like tea...been there before and won't be back again.

Good enough!
My wife, sister-in-law, and her niece, decided to check-in to this hotel for two reasons. The first was to cool down in their pool with the second being able to sleep in an air conditioned room as the days have really been hot. In that regard, we were satisfied. We chose the poolside room and it was not that expensive. The staff were very helpful. The only downside was that the chef was apparently not available so we had to order fast food for dinner. Still it was a good weekend stay.
