Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Slightly out of the way of the city.

Staff were great, nothing was too hard.
Would stay there again but would not take the room near to the reception area again as it was impossible to get a good nights sleep because of the continuous noise throughout the night.
Restaurant Tip: Did not have time to study the menu because as soon as we sat down the waiter was there ready to take our order. Found the meals to be OK though.

Clean rooms with great location and good service

everythings is available and nothing to worry around just ask the front desk
It's very refreshing and relaxing to stay at Cebu R hotel. The breakfast is great and healthy. They have friendly and dedicated staff. Taxi is just at the front door. Easily accessible to our friends leaving in Cebu. Walking distance to Capitol because it is located at Escario Road, Capitol Site. There's a lot of passenger jeep plying that route going to Robinson's mall for only P7.50 fare. We have not encountered any problem with our tour in Cebu.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: You do not need to hire a taxi cab (P250 per hr) or pay extra for airport pick up from your hotel which charge P1,200.00 per person in going to your hotel because there's a lot of available taxi at the airport. For your tour, from the airport - go to the tourist destination esp lapu-lapu shrine and souvenir shop.Get a danny noy taxi for only P250 per hr and you can enjoy and worry free for transportation in some tourist destination such as Taoist temple. The taxi driver will be your tourist guide, tanx to jaymar our driver in Cebu.Don't forget to savor the unforgettable menu of AA Barbeque located at near the Plaza independencia where Fort San Pedro is also located

Great location but small rooms

Very easy there, nice and clean rooms!
everythig is fine so far. ok - me as a smoker - had problems to always go downstairs and outside. but i respect the situation in the philippines. the beverages in the fridge are, as expected, expensive. but some water is for free, also a heater (so you can buy nescafe from outside). its very close to many important points like nbi, ayala center, fuente osmenia......

Small hotel with reasonable price

Gracious staff, a ride away from Ayala mall
the staff were gracious. i arrived at night so maybe that's the reason why i wasn't offered a welcome drink. i saw them the next day offering newly arrived guests but was unable to ask why they didn't offer me one. on my first night, they upgraded my room. when i transferred the next day to a standard room, it was quite small but at least the bed was big. when i booked at agoda, the standard room indicated maximum of 2 persons. however, the front desk told me that my voucher did not indicate that it's for two. this is for the free breakfast so i had to pay for my son.

Nice Cozy Hotel

Clean, spacious, comfortable, affordable.
Very clean spacious hotel. Fantastic customer service. I had no problems communicating with the staff and any time i needed assistance they were able to accommodate me in a timely fashion. Reliable taxi service to and from hotel. Average cost for a taxi to the pier was about $4 USD. Very close to the popular skywalk extreme attraction. One thing to know is that the complementary breakfast has four choices... it was french toast, chorizo omelet, hot dog omelet, or pancake, all served with a choice of white or garlic rice, a banana, and choice of tea or coffee, etc. It was a nice thing to wake up to every morning. Another thing to know is that if you exceed the max number of guests for a room, the charge is 300 pesos per extra person for each night... Thats about $7 USD extra each night... so make sure u book the right room or at least be prepared... Also, if you plan to take coke and stuff out of the mini fridge and replace it with cheaper coke from the grocery store before checking out, dont bother... They check it and restock it every day when they change the sheets and towels... just a word of advice...

hotel average, staff friendly

the room was good , staff friendly.
my stay there was average, didn't like the hotel, after coming from the last place. the staff were good and friendly, but the kitchen & breakfasts need a major overhaul, was not acceptable for the price.
Hotel Feature Tip: don't eat at this hotel, go out for breakfast, the menu & service needs a major overhaul.
