Recommended stay
The room is spacious and clean. The location is near a lot of different train systems (JR, Subway, etc.), making it very accessible to a lot of places and offers plenty of transport options (as I don't have to stick to one single train station for exit). The area is also less crowded than the usual places like Shinjuku, making it a pleasurable experience as no crowd squeezing. The location is also near to a lot of convenience stores such as Lawson and Family Mart. There is also a street food near the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay.

Guest Lounge
The guest lounge should have a bit of food and snacks.

Communal facilities are excellent - but rooms are very small and watch out for significant and arbitrary inflation of initially quoted room rate when you come to pay the bill.

Amazing staff.
Staff was very kind and thoughtful, room was clean with a well sized bathroom. Room could use more power outlets.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Close enough to two stations. Only landmark within walking distance is Tokyo Tower though. My one issue is the breakfast, very limited in my opinion and I did not try the Japanese section, but my brother who is more knowledgable about Japan tells me that is the norm for most Japanese hotels. I would go there again for the quietness at the end of the day, away from busy Tokyo neighbourhoods, but not take the breakfast add on. Also, extremely friendly and helpful staff!

Reasonable hotel
Nice hotel in business office area, may not be good for shopping although not too far from subway and JR
