1. Nearness to facilities.
2. Nearness to beach.
3 Self-serve breakfast (Quick service + good range + friendly/informal atmosphere).
4.Safe.
5.Competitively priced. Maybe the hotel should have more entertainment on site yet this is no big thing since a great deal of entertainment can be found within a reasonable distance. Comfort Suites had been recommended by a brother and a nephew. Surpassed expectations. Spent four memorable nights. Can't wait to return.
Nightlife Tip : Nearby is the Reef Grill at the Royal Palms hotel. Top class night life.

Close to the beach.
Close to the Night Club -the only ones available at Grand Cayman.
Spacious rooms - clean, well-kept.
Friendly staff.
Ample parking space.
Distant from the airport. I think this is one of the best you can get for a hotel at Grand Cayman for short stays in your budgets. Being able to be close to downtown as well as the 7 Mile Beach. Also at night this is the only street where all the action takes place at Grand Cayman. The staff are excellent, cooperative, well-kept rooms.

Beach acces is 100 yards from the hotel. You have access to free towels.
Good experience for the price.
Restaurant Tip : Several lively bars across the road. Can spend good time there at night.
Also snorkeling is good if you walk 200 yards on the left once you reach the beach.
