Staff provide exceptional service. Everyone was so nice. Tons of activities available on site or within 5 mins of resort.
Somehow during the day it seemed like our AC didnt work very well.
We stayed at this resort for three weeks and we had a blast. The restaurant on site is not the cheapest but the service is great and the breakfast is the best we've had at any hotel. The people at the hotel were so nice to us. We would definitely stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : The La Fortuna distict has many cheaper restuarants and its 5-10 mins away.

Excellent buffet breakfast--very clean & comfortable cabins...super nice thermal pools---as well as a fabulous facility overall.
Staff needs to be more pleasant....for example, they would not greet only first greeted....they need more training on hospitality.
Overall this property is excellent...excellent breakfast, hot thermal pools, very comfortable cabin rooms. Staff needs further training on being hospitable for this level of property.
