Roomy hotel

I liked the hotel quite a bit. The grounds were beautiful and the showers were really nice with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was okay, not as good as some of the surrounding hotels but other than that I though it had good value.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
hanging bridges. Also, I suggest buying tickets to the baldi springs from downtown (bike shop). This saved us a ton of money. The dinner buffet at the baldi springs isn't so good but good enough for the total price (if and only if you buy the tickets in downtown la fortuna)

Great hotel property but lacking in service
View of Arenal volcano from room, lush vegetation, spacious room/bathroom

overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel. the grounds a nice - very lush/tropical, great views of the volcano. the rooms are free-standing "houses" which is great. food was decent, but nothing great. service was ok - definitely room for improvement.

Es un hotel precioso y muy agradable. El trato del personal es inmejorable, lo mismo que la restauración. Allí comimos el mejor casado de todo el viaje.
Travel tip:
El hotel está muy cerca de las aguas termanes del resort de Tabacón y del parque nacional del Volcán Arenal
