Safety, Privacy, Cleanliness and Ambiance Wine selection too expensive and I felt our waiter was always pushing us towards a $60 bottle when I only wanted to spend $20! The service here is excellent, the staff friendly and although it is off the beaten path, this was also a blessing since it was much more quiet as opposed to staying downtown. Rooms are spacious and clean.....the gardens are beautiful. Will stay here from now on!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very easy to get anywhere in the city from here

Security, very nice and helpful Staff, rooms had everything The Area that surrounded it was very... questionable. Before booking Casa Conde, I read nothing but positive reviews for the Hotel. Andit did not let down it is a very nice and clean Hotel. From the minute we checked in, the staff was very helpful and courteous. I agree that it is a very professional hotel and perfect for business travelers. Not much for sights around the hotel though but not a negative aspect of the hotel itself. Overall 9/10. Beautiful facilities, caring staff, great suites with everything you need, good breakfast Expensive international calls ($3 a minute), weak showers This hotel is perfect for business travelers & also for people with children. We are both. 2 playgrounds, in-room LAN and free wifi in public areas, pool & hot tub, 2 hard line phones in each unit. The staff bends over backward to make sure you're comfortable and they arranged for a fantastic sitter for my kids because I had to work some. They entire property is cared for and beautiful and this will become our base any time we have to go to or through San Jose. You can't go wrong with Casa Conde.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A trip to the hot springs of the Arenal Volcano is well worth it. We rented a car but you can do an organized tour the hotel sets up.

Overall this is a VERY good hotel. Staff is unbeatable, friendly and helpful. My wife became ill through no fault of theirs, and they were just incredibly helpful and got her immediate medical attention which we were not expected to pay for.

Great service, very comfortable and clean rooms. A very nice atmosphere. It is a hotel with great customer service, with comfortable rooms, nice and clean. It is a great choice to escape the daily routine of San Jose
Travel tip : The rooms are well equipped so you can take beers and leave them in the refrigerator.
