Friendly and helpful front desk.
Well protected hotel.
The rooms would need to be renovated. The breakfast was poor, just coffee/tea, bread and a few fruits.
This was the first hotel we chose when arriving to Costa Rica / San Jose. It was nice to have a place where to go directly. But after comparing prices in Costa Rica (also San Jose) we found that there are other much cheaper hotels than this around there. So in the end we chose another hotel. Anyway, nothing was really bad with this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : The nearest hotel Sportsmens lodge had really good food and very cheap. Go there and eat/drink
