Really bad service, reception actually moaned about me in Spanish without thinking that i would understand - clearly i am not a 'stupid gringo'. Upgraded to premium floor in order to get internet and the signal was not strong enough. After lots of huffing and puffing they moved me rooms. New room had no mini bar, and they could not do anything that night as minibars are outsourced, still didn't get it replaced the whole stay. Hotel very old and dated, and the service was very bad. next time i will stay in the Embajador or the newly built Holiday inn.
Hotel Feature Tip : Dont use the gym in the morning as they let locals in and you will not get to use anything.
