Overall I would stay at the Princess hotel again, the service was good, someone was always at the reception. It had a good enough gym, and enclosed parking. The area was good, if you need to go far, ask the reception for yellow cabs, they are safer than white cabs. It was a nice place to stay while visiting.
I loved staying at this hotel. My sister and I stayed there for four days, it had a good enough gym. The hotel was in a good area, and they closed off the street right by it "Calle Reforma" I think is the name. They close the street on Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm, so one may run or walk along the street. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, enclosed parking, pool, gym, good sized rooms.
The pool was too cold to swim in, it is not a heated pool. The con was that the hotel changed phone carriers the weekend we stayed there, and we did not get any of our messages. People kept calling us and we did not get any of the messages, written or other wise.
- Shopping Tip : At walking distance one can find souvenir to take home.

The on line reservation in the Agoda site was neat. When I checked in at the front desk, I felt good when the teller told me that my reservation had been paid in full, even though I hadn't called the hotel to confirm the reservation previously. The rooms are confortable and clean at all times. The breakfast is great, excellent fruits, bread and the hot meal, which you are warned it cost you extra money, is great as well. The van service to the airport was on time, fast and the driver very friendly.
Friendly people at all times
Wireless internet.
