isolated resort far away from the city, so have to rely on the resort restaurant for dining.
front desk rep. so many people have to wait for 4 hrs to get our room ready since they haven't cleaned it yet. we had to wait in line for long to check in and check out.

should be in every room where a microwave that takes a newborn to heat the milk.
is my first experience at this hotel and I'm not sorry I'm planning to return soon and bring my children. It is a place hermos, comfortable and has all the facilities to have an unforgettable stay with family. is a five star hotel and obviously the prices are a bit high but if you're looking for a great place Pués expenditure worth making.
Hotel Feature Tip : if they break the routine and pamper yourself, I recommend the Gran Melia hotel, there you have it all to relax and hang out with their loved ones.
