new and modern, friendly staff, pool bar isolated resort far away from the city, so have to rely on the resort restaurant for dining.
front desk rep. so many people have to wait for 4 hrs to get our room ready since they haven't cleaned it yet. we had to wait in line for long to check in and check out.
