No longer in its prime

Overall the stay was wonderful. The suite I rented was 90 square meters. Nice and roomy. Unfortunately, it seems the maintenance work has fallen by the way side and simply needs a lot of touch-ups. The lock boxes are only really big enough to keep your wallet. Having Robinsons in the same building was great as any groceries or supplies were close at hand. The location is near to Silom Road so quick access to great restaurants. The staff at this location really do make up for the shortcomings of the building. They are always friendly and very helpful.

Center Point hotel chain hotel was no hesitation when I was booking this place because it gives good servics. sapantaksin station and sathon pier close to to the hotel and also close to Robinson Department Store bangrak. Convenient for the boat to go to attractions such as the Royal Palace and Watfor. there are Many restaurants and massage shops around this hotel.

Convenience with young children is amazing

Accessibility, large rooms, polite staff

I was not aware, but the hotel is above a shopping center (Robbins) and a supermarket (Tops), huge benefit for families with young children. Then to add, you are only a 5 minute walk to Sky Train to jump into many areas easily. Rooms are large with FULL kitchen (including full fridge), this is helpful with Tops market in the basement. Not sure how room service is as we did not use it. Also, no mini-bar, just bottles of water replenished, but again Tops downstairs. Note with the bed, if you ask for large bed all it is is two twin beds held together by sheets. Taking Taxi from airport to hotel varies. We were charged 500 baht and 700 baht depending on direction we went (using taxi). All-in-all very pleased and book through this hotel again when I visit Thailand again.

Great Location

The apartment we were shown had a view of streets and buildings so we upgraded to a river view for an extra 500 baht (AUD20) per night. The one bedroom apartment we had needed some freshening up. It was tired and needed some TLC. The beds are rock hard. The staff were wonderful. I would rate it a 3 1/2 star hotel. Not far from a great massage place and a traditional Thai restaurant.

I am returning here again and again as I feel very familiar with the facilities, the location and the service provided. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is satisfying. The pool, when not too crowded, is pleasant. The supermarket and the Robinson shopping centre under you feet are extremely convenient. It's close to transport facilities. I find it my perfect base for being in Bangkok.

I stayed 3 nights, had really comfortable room on 18th floor with great views to the river. Especially at night, when the boats are moving up and down with those lights, beautiful! Lots of restaurants and places of interest around. Easy access to sky train, just a minute walk, or river transport - local and tourist boats, dining cruises. Friendly and efficient staff. Overall, truly pleasant experience!

Very impressed with this hotel. Loved the location, it's walking distance to Chinatown and right next to the Saphan Taksin BTS station which takes you all the way to Siam and MBK centre without changing. The breakfast has everything you need to start your day, there's a free coffee machine in the lobby which is a nice touch when u fancy a caffeine boost on your way back to your room. It is also right on top of the Robinson department store which has a large Tops supermarket underneath.... Overall very pleased with this hotel.
