Amateur service, huge room for improvement

Location, location, location
I selected the Centurion based on the review and I felt hugely deceived. It was the first time for me to stay there, as due to my last minute travel booking, I had no other choice. The hotel staff were "nice" but hugely amateurish, and felt like all of them were trainees. At the check in, there as quite a long queue, and 5 hotel staff were at the reception. However, only 2 were functioning and the rest were just walking around, at lost, not knowing how to deal with the busy time. Also, the hotel missed room cleaning for 2 consecutive days since my check in. While the hotel offered me an apology, when I complained, the cleaning service team and the reception provided conflicting information (re. how to "request" for room cleaning), again, showing lack of inter-staff communication. The room was big (I only had choice of choosing a family room due to availability) but it was very dark, with a locked window with locked blinds. There were a lot of dark corners in this big room and almost felt creepy. I will never ever stay at this hotel, and advice you to book well in advance, so that you don't end up paying high fare for a hotel with amateurish service.

What you see in the photos is not the actual

The staff were not to accommodating or limited understanding of english words, everything that you ask them they will say "I don't know or can not be". The room is not convenient for middle age adults because the bed is either too high or too low. Its good for back packers only and if you are claustrophobic this cabin is not for you. They charge additional breakfast fee for kids even if we book for 3 adults and 1 kid and the room is good for 4 people. The breakfast is really simple and will not cost much, they should give it for free to all guest especially for kids.

Capsule hotel in Akasaka

the location
I've never stayed in capsule hotels before I ordered this hotel, so it was my first try. It may be a rather good hotel of this type, however, I found it to be too noisy to have a rest.

Good value for the money

Location was pretty good, close to Alaska and Alaska Mitsuko. There was a washer so if you stay for a while or traveling for a while, it's a convenient feature. Breakfast was unique.
It was pretty good overall for our purpose. We stayed one night just to be close to places like roppongi. Shower was nice with strong water pressure. It was not the best upgraded hotel but based on the location, it is good although the room could be a bit larger.
