Not bad but didn't like the entrance to the hotel

The room could accommodate my entire family
5.3
The photos on line can be confusing as it doesn't really look like the nice big hotel they portray. Instead it's a tiny hotel down an alley. The breakfast buffet is not worth spending on. On the plus side there was no noise from the pubs and bars like the others had reported.

Great location and value for money.

Location to train stations, restaurants and attractions. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Facilities available in the unit eg. washing machine/dryer and stovetop.

We are an Australian family of 6 with children aged 14, 12, 7 and 6. Hotel wasn't easy to find on the first night but after asking some locals we realised location was perfect. Accommodation totally suited our needs. It is only 7 to 10min walk to Akasaka-Mitsuke station that got us to all tourist attractions and major shopping locations. Staff were extremely helpful with assisting us on how to get to places and nothing was a problem to fix. Breakfast was available every morning, a mix of English and Japanese style (branflakes, milk, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, bread, jams, sausages, wedges, salad, rice, beans, curry, orange juice water and tea)set up buffet style. Serving station was narrow but service was excellent. Restaurant was open at all meal times. Rooms were large for Japan from what we had been told. We had a two bedroom apartment with 4 extra large comfortable beds and 2 sofas that were made up for younger children in the living room and there was still another sofa to use for the family to sit on. We had housekeeping done daily with fresh new towels. The only negative is that the room is very dark. The window looked out to another building wall, without sun coming into the room clothes took a long time to dry. Dryer did assist but that was a long process as well, took 3 hours for 3 pairs of shorts. Overall definitely best value for money. Located in a street full of Japanese resturants and a McDonald's. Lawsons was in the same street and a 7-11 at the end of the street was great to use for International ATM. I honestly recommend this accommodation for location, staff assistance and facilities within the apartment.

good location but have to pay for kitchen

location, clean, good staff

Just walk from subway about 400 meters. The room is quite small. Unfortunately, you have to pay for using the kitchen per day and also pay for washing machine per time. A set of plate and bowl is for renting 1000 yen per set per day. No microwave in the room. You have to go up to 6th floor for using a microwave and getting the ice. The hotel charges you in everything. Just let your guys know, please do not believe what you see in the advertising of this hotel.

a very small room in tokyo city with fully equiped

location, fully equiped, small room
6.7
it is a very small room in the city, double bed is rathe small too, that is why they called it " small double", given the area of the room, there are small kitchen, washing machine, air purfied, cupboard etc. Basically, if you dont mind the space, it will be a good place for a good night sleep.

No guess parking provided

Family room good enough for 8 of us. The location of the hotel is strategic, convenient shop & duty free shop in walking distance.

private hotel within a grear location

great location, plenty of food options and really convenient
10
hotel is located within short walking distance to two metro lines, so it is really convenient to whereever you want to go. hotel puts max effort going green, so if u dont need housekeeping, just say no. Hotel is also located within proximity to restaurants and there are plenty of dining options. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Shopping options can be limited but this can be easily resolved by taking a train elsewhere. Hotel provides free breakfast and food is pretty good!

bed was a bit small for 2 people, breakfast was not really overwhelming, noisy at night due to construction next door other than that we had a pleaseant stay and expectations were met
