Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Really good stay in this hotel, the cabine was really clean, convenient, the bathroom was accessible. Friendly and professional staff. Good tv with headphone in each cabine. Good decoration. Bug safety lockers + small inside cabines...

Cheap, good breakfast

price, place and breakfast

it was good, I wish the staff can give better explanation for English speakers when giving instructions on how to use the facilities, this type of capsule hotel is not very common for some foreigner.

The "cabin" rooms are a hostel (capsule hotel)

The location in Akasaka, the price, and the lounge with free coffee, etc

The website did not make it clear that booking a cabin/annex room was not a true single room. The cabin rooms are a shared space with small sleeping areas, essentially a capsule hotel. I was quite disappointed to discover this when I arrived.

Cheap and fancy

Great wash facilities and location, toiletries and towel supplied chargers supplied in capsule, 30 minute walk to harajuku and 50 to shibuya
9
Great place, only downside is being a tall man 200cm i was too big for capsule, so suggest a hostel where your legs can hang off bed for tall travellers rather than a capsule

nice capsule hotel experience

staff, price, cleanliness

Coming from a cheap Kowloon guest house the previous night, arriving at this hotel was like escaping hell for heaven! Only thing that was similair was the size of the room. I will say dont expect to fit your large luggage in your locker, if you have a capsule room, but the staff are happy to keep it in reception.
