Not a good choice for muslim travellers
The hotel didn't use separate frypan to fry egg for Muslims.once during breakfast the shef was found to frying the egg for Muslims in the same frypan being used for frying beacon at the same time.they repeated the same thing next day eventhough feedback was given to the restaurant staff and to the front desk.i am puzzled because the hotel staff didn't take any action even the management gave me assurance.

Good stay
Big rooms (has microwave and lots of utensils), big bath tub with jets, nice pool and complementary tuk tuk to the nearest BTS. Bathroom door handle was coming off. Cold water knob of the tap was not working. The TV was a little fuzzy and smaller than expected.

3 DAYS STAY IN BANGKOK
The lighting on the outside of the hotel is very dark at night. You can hardly see the entrance to the hotel. On a rainy day, this can be extremely dangerous especially walking on the marble floor. Room cleanliness can be improved.

Still impressed
Have stayed here a number of times and am constantly impressed by the staff and the way the hotel is maintained. The great location doesn't hurt either.
