Nice and quiet resort

Location, room size, price
Our stay was good, quiet place, big rooms as we book the 2 level villa with 2 rooms 1 downstairs and another upstairs. Would have been better if there was a pool.

Breakfast and Coffee

Coffee, price, space
Good services and staff. Excellent coffee with very good breakfast. But TV got very poor signals thus useless. WiFi had strong signal but always connecting thus another useless.

Huge and well furnished rooms

The room size/furnishing, the location, the lounge
Stayed there with wife, kids and other couples. The rooms are huge and well furnished, like apartments. Location is also OK, ~1 km from Korat's main avenue. Food is however not exceptional and a bit expensive, but there are nice Thai restaurants around. We enjoyed our stay at Chayada overall and would stay again.

Quiet family friendly corner

location, ambiance, and cleanliness
Not far from the main road, but quiet. Beautiful grounds, good free breakfast, and affordable local fare for lunch and dinner. A good central location for several local and providential sites. May be best to have your own transpiration, or detailed directions from the staff if you need to catch a cab back.

old, thai style, but very clean

garden style, parking lot, big rooms
this is an older resort, they maintained the technical stuff but that's it. desperately needs a renovation. the smell in my room was so strong that i had to wash all my clothes to get rid of it. the breakfast was thai basic style, not worth to mention it. one thing you really have to know: small thai groups like to stay there - and these groups are really noisy. so don't expect to sleep before 1 a.m. and after 6 a.m. because the walls are like paper. location is a bit outside, but easy to reach if you have your own car. I would not stay there again because there are better choices in Korat.

A hidden gem

Peace and quiet, relaxed atmosphere, home from home
You will have to look hard to find fault here. Language could be a problem if you don't speak Thai and get the tel. no. of the tuk tuk/taxi driver who drops you off. Apart from the nearby Wat there is nothing within reasonable walking distance. New coffee shop on the way.

Room for the night

Cheap , roomy and quiet
Comfortable, but the rooms need small repairs and grounds need to be made tidy.
