Value for the money Close to centre of Chinatown
1 minute walk to centre of Chinatown and 8 minutes walk to pier
You need to walk pass a dark and smelly allyway to arrive the hotel. You also need a map to show the taxi driver. The taxi meter was Bht400 when arrived Chinatown (from airport) but had to pay extra Bht150 as our driver spending a lot of time to find the hotel. It is very close the actions of Chinatown where we always buy dry beef/pork to bring home for relatives. There are a lot of traditional resturants around. You can also walk to the pier take a boat ride along the river. The room is clean although is basic furnished and small. It has a kitchenet which is an extra bonus when we bought take away food as supper. There is 2 computers in the lobby with free internet access.

Great location for Traditional exploration
Located in the center of Chinatown with many food court at great cheap price - Very near Grand Palace, and other famous Pagoda as well as Royal Attraction
The hotel is quite small, but very nice and clean. The breakfast comes to my room every morning. Also, inside the room, there is a small kitchen with dishes, cook,, microwave. It is such a nice place for budgeted tourists. However, the location is quite hard to find, even with the Hotel Card.

Good location, decent rooms
In Chinatown but quiet
the hotel is decent, although double beds aren't big. the kitchenette is a strange touch. service was godd and we were moved to a different room when out a/c was broken (they held a room back for us). we stayed here to check out chinatown, we usually stay elsewhere. we'll go back to our other locations, but not because of the hotel, it was fine. breakfast being delivered was an odd touch.

Lovely hotel but small rooms
Airconditioned rooms
Nice place but small rooms. Service was so so..Nothing extraordinary to comment about. For the price and location, perhaps not dissappointing. good for budget travellers. Rooms could be bigger. Language was an issue for us. English was diffficult for tehm to understand and ofcourse wont know hindi much either

Surprisingly good inside compared to outside
The rooms are equiped with a microwave and stove - very handy if you like to eat in
For the price I was pleasantly surprised. I only came to this hotel because friends were staying here and was going to move on, but it is so close to all the shopping and wholesale areas and close to the river that I felt totally OK about staying. The staff are friendly and the rooms get turned out daily. A little Oriental Gem!

Brilliant location in the heart of Chinatown
Cleanliness, great staff and wonderful rooms
We have stayed a few times in Bangkok at various locations, and we both agreed that this was probably the most atmospheric location to date, the hotel is situated down a little alley with an easy short walk to markets and a plethora of restaurants and street stalls. The pier is only a five minute walk and easy to find for trips up and down the river to all major sights. We really liked the place and were joined by our parents on their first trip to SE Asia who thoroughly enjoyed the experience the hotel and location gave them. Very happy indeed.
