Nice on the outside

staff, location, and food
I would not rate this hotel as 4 star. Do not be fooled by the interior. The lobby was certainly very nice, and the hallway leading up to my room was nice as well. BUT, in my first room there was a bug infestation. I saw a huge spider web in a corner, and on the business desk there were what looked like baby spiders, crawling around. I called the lobby 3 times and finally successfully changed my room. In my second room, the body soap bottle was empty, and the hose for the shower head had a hole. Thus, when I showered for the first time in that room, water started spewing out to the side. I did not complain about this matter, because I already changed rooms once. But, after experiencing that, I realized that the staff does not properly take care of the rooms. Also, it was clear that the staff just refills the shampoo and body soap bottles every time. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There was a variety of different foods to choose from. You can taste a bit of variety from western foods to Thailand food which I enjoyed. The hotel is a little bit out of the way from the old town. When I walked the distance, it took me about 15-20min.. If you decide to walk the distance, take ice cold water to keep yourself hydrated in the blazing heat.
