disgusting
Terrible question !
the room was disgusting, everything was gross, the bathroom, the bedsheets, the room, aircon broken... Even for free I wouldn't have stay longer. The price is cheap but for the same price you can find other place in town, and nothing can be worst !

lovely room with less than desirable bathroom
cheap and nice room
i have booked a room without window for rm45...somehow upon checking in...i was told that the room was not ready yet...and i was transferred to another room with window for additinal charges...it was just a turn off ...i like the room except for the poor bathroom condition and the noise from the from counter staff in the early morning....the location is very good though...and be prepared for the unusual annoying smell from the printing downstair upon ascending the staircase leading to the hotel entrance door...

So called budjet hotel with minimum accommodation
Cheapest rate
-hard to find the hotel at the begining because its locate at third floor of the building (only have one level/floor) and have small signboard. -with that cheapest price that i got since ages, u can expect the room condition i.e small cubical and difficult to pray if u r muslim, box tv with basic channel, toilet with broken shower. -not recommend for couple stay since i want to find cheapest rate in kuching because want to stay for 2 weeks and save budjet, i have to. ( u get what u pay right?)

not worthwhilt
None
Definitely do not recommend this hotel. Room was dirty, no cable tv as mentioned, bathroom overflows when we shower and it's a squatting toilet . Common area is filty Bed sheet and towel did not look and smell fresh and when we commented to the staff, they just ignore us and said said they are clean. They were also burnt cigarette mark on the bed covers. Front desk customer no where to be seen most time or they are hiding under the reception counter (very weird indeed). They will ignore you even when you try to get they attention.
