Good choice from Heathrow
It's a nice and cheap little hotel. Three of us arrived very late in the evening to check in for a one-night stay and the staff was really nice and helpful! Oh btw, it's only 3 min walk from the famous Norman Shaw built pub - Tabard!

5 minutes walk to tube station, bus stop in front of hotel, quiet neighborhood. Because this is not 5 star hotel, you should not expect too much. We have no reason to not come back. Bed and breakfast we paid for, and that's what we got.

Only 2 good things to mention, location near to bus stop & provide decent breakfast with booking
When I check in, I was told it was fully booked and even though I had requested a ground floor room months ahead during my booking, I was given a room on the first floor which was inconvenient for all my heavy luggage to be taken up the stairs as well as for my aged mother to climb. However the staff did offer help to carry some of my luggage. The first night the water heater was not warm enough due to too many guests using at the same time. I had to wait until midnight to have a warm bath. One part of the room floor carpet was soaked wet for unknown reason and some of the bed were sagging. This hotel needs urgent refurbishment to attract recurring customers.

Worst customer service ever
I have never stayed at a hotel with worst customer service. The main reason I booked the Chiswick Court Hotel was the free parking. When I arrived, at 2pm, there was a car blocking the car park. I asked the first person I saw - the manager as it turned out - to move the car, so I could park. He refused, telling me I had to park on the street, at 2 pounds/hour, until at least 6pm. I asked again whether I could park in the far corner, where there was space. He refused again. I returned a couple of hours later, and he had moved the blocking car to the place he said just before that I could not put my car. The following morning I spotted a space in car park, so I asked the manager whether it would be ok if I could move my car there. He seemed to agree, but in the five minutes it took to fetch my car, he had moved his car into the free space. He now claimed that this same car was not now his, but belonged to a guest. Like I say, this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a hotel. I suspect the car rents out space in the car park to non-guests, as several of the vehicles did not move at all during my stay. Parking is limited to four hours maximum on the street outside (between 9am and 6pm), so you cannnot leave it for the day, even if you were prepared to pay 14 pounds for the privilege. As parking tickets are at least 40 pounds a pop, this is not a risk worth running. I would warn anyone other potential customers not to choose the Chiswick Court Hotel, particularly not if they have a car.
