Overrated Hotel
The lobby is huge but room and service very disappointing. Corridors not well lit, making it so difficult for the guest to locate the room. Furnitures inside the room outdated, and bathroom has no bidet even. Very far from a 5 star hotel. Not even close. Oh for any guest who will stay in this hotel, have your mini bar inventoried first in your pressence prior to occupancy to prevent them from charging you of something you have not consumed. It happened to me. Good thing I've seen it. So be warned. I will never book this hotel again. Not recommended. Note: Do not avail of their taxi service. The price they charge for airport transfer is ridiculously overpriced. Better to use ordinary taxi.

Not the best stay for deluxe room
Was given a room on the deluxe side, with a view just on top of a side road. Was on honeymoon for one night stay, and didn't get a good service at reception. Need to improve quality. No extra attention given to us. Good location however.

Everything great - especially as I stayed in new rooms. Service in breakfast area could be better and consistently had to ask for coffee! Americano not regular coffee. Slow to clear away tables & recognise what was missing from layup !

Absolutely pathetic customer service
Small rooms, not a 5 star experience and rude customer service staff at the front desk. Cinnamon grand should really up their game to save themselves from other growing 5 star resorts in the surrounding. This hotel is in central colombo, perfect location. But overpriced in comparison to other 'really' 5 star resorts in the country. Most of all disgraceful customer service by Cinnamon grand's front desk supervisors.

Very good hotel with friendly staff
Very good hotel large and cozy lobby. Rooms are equipped with modern facilities such as USB charger power sockets. The annexed Crescat mall is very convenient for dining and shopping.
