Great place, loved the whole stay

Good wifi in room, pool, good food
We loved our stay here, very comfy bed, hot shower, good air con. The staff were very friendly especially agus. Food is great and they even do room service. Breakfast was best on our whole travels. We will be back.

Good wifi, great staff, Room service
We have had a great stay at cipaganti, the bed was so comfy it was hard to get out of in the morning. The staff are great. The breakfast is amazing, and the pool is a bonus. I would recommend to anyone on a budget.

Bad experience with hotel staff
We have 2 groups of people checking into this hotel on 22/07/15 & 24/07/15 respectively (8 pax, 2 inter-connecting superior rooms). Unfortunately, the first group checked in 1 day late because the airport was closed due to volcanic ash and we have already informed the hotel through email. Upon checking in, the staff said can only compensate us by extending a 1 day stay, which is 28/07/15 but we were schedule to fly on 27/07/15. Instead, we requested for taxi transfers courtesy of the hotel but they said they don't provide such a service. This is very misleading because when we book the hotel with Agoda, there's an option to request for a premium taxi transfers. Since the delay is not caused by us, it is only fair that the hotel could do something to accommodate our request. When we request for a hairdryer we were given a broken one (with cellophane tapes all over). They still can't get us one after the 3rd day. One of the male staff (no name tag) even shouted at us, saying the broken one can still be used and they don’t have a spare one, in spite of us saying it’s very hazardous to use. This kind of rude behavior is unacceptable in the frontdesk. BTW, another staff, Dewi was also there. We were very frustrated and wanted to speak to the manager but he is on leave. Finally after much pestering, they contacted their manager and he says he can't do anything about this. Who is going to be responsible if we were electrocuted? For a hotel with 121 rooms, only 10 hairdryers? How can a hotel function without someone who can make decision and take charge? When I requested for an extra pillow, they said it's chargeable at IDR100,000. The toilets also emit sewerage smell. For my opinion, this hotel should not even be in Agoda’s list or any other hotel list for that matter. It's a disgrace. Giving themselves a 3 star is a joke. This hotel has NO sincerity, NO responsibility, NO security whatsoever in serving its guests and I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Terrible experence! Asked the hair drier but given a broken one & then end up shouted by the front desk staff. The manager not attend our complaint.
