Great to have own mini kitchen
Definitely bigger than average hotel in Tokyo. Best part is having a kitchen as Tokyo had lots of great supermarkets and can bring home to make. A 10 min walk from main hustle and bustle of shinjuku which is good for those who like to be in a quiter side of town. I would stay there again next visit!

Great hotel for long stays
Amazing hotel for long vacations! I recommend it to any couple that plans to be there more than a few days because it's got all you need, kitchen, closets, bathroom, tv, wifi, and bed. Great hotel overall

Execellent stay
Excellent experience. Great location (shopping, metro and bus stations at walking distance). Very courteous and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Unhelpful
We requested an additional pillow for each person in our party - 4 persons (2 persons in 2 twin rooms). We were told only one additional pillow per room. That is not the level of helpfulness I would expect at a Citadines hotel.

Nice stay
Distance to JR Shinjuku is around 20 min walk but near Tokyo Metro station (3 min walk) so you may consider depends on your primary transportation way and luggage size. A pleasant stay still, staff can speak English fluently and hotel is clean.
