I was surprised to find this hotel does not have a dustbin inside the room. Aircond remote was not there too.

i booking room from agoda.com~but i arrived hotel , counter tell me i booking in booking.com ,they want me pay more~then air-conditional not cool,and remote cotroller broken~breakfast not nice ~

Food Complain

eyes tell u the truth nt the photos!
location, location and location
if u thought the room looks like what u see from the pictures, u definitely will be disappointed like what i feel now. the room was not same as what u see from the pictures. it looks small, some tiles at the bathroom have been tore out, many mosquitoes even at the lobby, soundproof is bad, u can hear the sound from the mosque over the road around 6am. for sure, no next time for me to stay in this hotel.

Clean, comfort
No refrigerators, breakfast only have bread, fried noodles or omelets, hot water need to walk down to lobby take it, no lift Location quite good, suit for who only want to have a place to sleep, price so far okay.

Extremely bad experience
When I first arrived, I was told that the hotel was experienced severe vandalism and we was asked to transfer to another hotel "Altis" but have to go back the same hotel for breakfast, which is extremely ridiculous. We are expecting of same standard or even better hotel provided as replacement but out of our expectation, it is even worse hotel with odor smell and poor service. After making noise, finally we able to get back our room. That process takes us few hours and we have to gone up and down the car and drove here and there. We arrived around 12pm in the hotel but end up we able to check in at 4pm. The room condition is poor with air-condition not very good functioning, extremely low water pressure and problem on the door lock. We did complain but no use. Our room comes with breakfast but you will never able to imagine that the breakfast provided to us is only bread with jam and fried bihun and mee. What a terrible experience we have.

disappointed 3 star hotel
location near kuah which is near to duty free shop, convenient from langkawi airport, lot of eateries and restaurant nearby
I must said we were a bit disappointed with our stay at Citin. In the terms of cleanliness, the room is dusty which cause us very uncomfortable. And the hotel is located at road side and opposite of mosque. The hotel is not doing good in sound proof. So we can clearly hear the car's noise as our room 204 is facing the main road, and we can hear praying from mosque at 6am, which really affect our quality of sleep. The hotel offer buffet breakfast at RM12 per pax. They just provided bread and fried meehoon. I suggest to go outside to try something else. However the staffs are quite helpful. But I sincerely felt that 3 star is really overrated for Citin Langkawi.

my review
i went there for business trip for 2 days 1 night. for me, i will not recommend to other to stay at this hotel. from staff to room, i feel disappointed because of not friendly staff when i check in and selection of the room. they don't have room, windows and large bad, if i want large bed, cannot choose room with windows. air condition also worst. how come this hotel get 3 star when you feel like you in 1 star hotel
