Good value and great location

Price, location
Stayed here 2 nights. Had no expectations considering the price (15$), so was not disappointed. Pros: - if you're looking for central location, this is hard to beat - great value at 15$ - Friendly staff - lots of useful little things such as coffee, toothbrush, fridge, kettle, etc. - maybe I was lucky, but it was pretty quiet on both nights Cons: - room without window was smelly and in serious need of being aired out - room was very small with barely enough room to store luggage

A nice hotel, in the past, now not so much.

Umm, its got beds..
Not as good as it used to be, and it used to be just 'ok'. It really needs a refurb, and some new staff/management. Most rooms dont have a window, even the 'deluxe' rooms dont have windows.

Once is enough

Besides satisfactory service, nothing is good.
Living in Cambodia for nearly 5 years, I have been to better guesthouse at USD$14-17/ night and other 3 star hotels at up to USD$25/ night. I would personally consider this place as a guesthouse rather than a hotel. Room is small with little ventilation, noisy corridor and hot water that lasts only 2 minutes. Totally not worthed the price aside from its "prime" location which is 3 streets away (along dimly lit road through sleezy bars) to the river front.

So helpful

The staff at this hotel were fantastic from the start! comfy clean rooms. 20% off their partner restaurant- good food!
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's well worth the money as you get a clean comfy room with a/c. The staff were amazing in paticular the male receptionist. He sorted our visa to Vietnam which took 2 days. And half the price we would have paid at home. He organised our transport to Siem reap at the cheapest price. Lastly we left behind a valuable- we rang the hotel to see if it was still there. It was and there holding it back for 30 days for when we return to Phnom Pehn! That's amazing customer service! Highly recommend staying here it's close to the markets/pubs and restaurants but far enough back to miss all the noise. We will be returning! :)

Room Size is extremely small

Location, Location, Location
I booked the Deluxe room to expect little comfort. But the room was tiny and there were no outside windows, so it is always dark even day time. I asked if the room was "standard room"? He answered the my room was the Deluxe room and Standard room is even smaller he said. Locations are quite good if you are for Bar Hopping. The rooms are not dirty, I did not see ants nor cockroach, but I would not say it is clean neither.
